Email Assistant is a personal-use tool for its operator’s own email accounts. There is no public signup or paid service offered through this website.
Authorized accounts
Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Google Workspace organization policies and administrator restrictions continue to apply. Access is granted through Google’s consent screen and can be revoked in Google Account settings.
AI-assisted organization
Summaries, priority assessments, inferred actions, and completion assessments can be incomplete or incorrect. Review original conversations when making decisions. Processing, delivery, and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable; immediate alerts are not guaranteed.
Operator control
The operator controls the server, connected accounts, AI model, preferences, and Telegram destination. The assistant uses read-only Gmail access. Marking an item Done or postponing a reminder changes the assistant’s tracking state, not the original Gmail conversation.
Data handling and support
The privacy policy explains access, processing, storage, third-party sharing, and deletion. For questions, use the support email shown on the application’s Google consent screen.
